This is a really fun, portable project. Knit the inside of the square first in a bright, cheerful color, then pick up and knit stitches around the edges, just as you would knit a log cabin square, to “frame” it. This is a great stashbuster for hand-dyed dk or sport-weight yarns. Sew together and it’s ready for baby!
