Pattern for a Veiled Chameleon Tapestry. This pattern comes with both a graph and written directions.

You will need 6 skeins of dark blue (A), 2 skeins of blue (B), 5 skeins of green (C), 2 skeins of light green (D) and 2 skeins of gray (E). The yarn should be medium weight. The skeins estimation is based on skeins of about 350 yards each. I recommend carrying 3 or 4 colors through the entire pattern to keep it even. You can use the gray, blue, green or light green where needed (whichever you’d prefer). There is a youtube video that explains carrying yarn with multiple colors like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NifC7jK8Gus)

This is a more complicated graphgan and I do not recommend this being your first project of this type. If would recommend doing a graphgan with at least 3 colors first.
I recommend a medium weight (worsted weight) yarn with a J sized hook. The tapestry should come out a little over 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall. A border can also increase the size and give the project a more finished look.

This pattern is 150 stitches wide by 152 rows tall.

This pattern can be made with the type of yarn of your choice, I recommend using a medium weight yarn and a J sized hook.

It is all single stitch crochet. In order to make this blanket you will need to know how to carry yarn (there are great youtube videos that can teach you how to do the Tapestry Crochet Technique. I highly recommend trying a small simple pattern to practice carrying yarn before attempting a larger project. Carrying yarn gets more difficult as you add more colors.

Once you have purchased this pattern a text document that like this (below) will automatically download to you. If you have any trouble receiving it message me and I will have it e-mailed to you in no time. This pattern also comes with a Graph!
