Velutina Scarf
The look of this design is random, but is actually made of a series of cables worked within a framework of twisted rib. The wandering stitch pattern repeats six times and begins and ends with simple 1/1 twisted rib. The design is subtle, yet interesting enough for any discerning scarf wearer.
Quercus Velutina is the scientific name for the Black Oak tree, which is mimicked in the stitch pattern of this scarf.
Pattern has been tested and tech edited.
