Yes. Work is fiddly at first but if you’ve done things like working the WS of ssk (s, s, p2tog tbl) it’s pretty straight forward. And once you get a few reps in, transitions and spacings are very intuitive.
Pointy needles recommended.

Purple sample 77” (195 cm) wingspan 17.5” (44.5 cm) height at center
This stitching looks nice open or tight - knit to your preference.
Gauge
Gauge not critical but will affect size and yardage.
Blue gauge=
28 sts & 34 r = 4” (10 cm)
Blocked Stockinette
For Maximum Dimensional Effect
Use tightly plied, springy, round yarn.
Small sts / firm fabric.
Snug down decreases.
