This is a cabled a sock pattern. The outer-side only is adorned with an ornate cable that split between the front side and back side of the sock. (The inner ankle side has no cables).

This ornate cable is simplified by the adjustment of stitches from needle to the other. It is knit using two double point needles.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming familiarity with sock knitting and cabling).

The focal stitch is both Written out and Charted.

The directions are written for all three sizes, however they are grouped as follows.: Small-Medium and Medium - Large

The yarn used to make the sample pair is Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock yarn in the colorway called Pewter.
