The Verano Sweater is knit in four parts: the front, the back, and two sleeves.

This pattern is written in stockinette stitch followed by a lacy grille design across the top front and back of the body and two sleeves.

If you are using different yarn I recommend choosing a yarn that is tubular and a little stretchy.

The yarn I used when creating my pattern contains viscose and polyester which add some stretchiness/give. If you use stiffer yarns, such as cotton, ensure you gauge swatch and adjust where necessary.
