Everyone loves a good pumpkin. Inspired by the Verity Beanie, the Verity Pumpkin will be your new favorite fall decoration. Using twisted stitches, no cable needle is required. The pattern includes instructions for how to modify the size of the pumpkin you make, as well as how to assemble. The size and shape possibilities are really endless. As written, the pattern will yield a pumpkin that is approximately 7 inches wide and 4 inches tall. In addition to your yarn, needles, and notions, you will also need a stuffing material such as polyfil (but scrap yarn or fabric will also work well) and the optional stem or leaf materials. I used an Angie and Britt pumpkin kit, but people also use twine, sticks, wine corks, cinnamon sticks, felt leaves, and other items to create their desired look.
