Verity Scarf
This pattern is designed to perfectly to use two full skeins of each colour but it would look just as good with one main colour and a single contrast colour throughout; in this case you’d need two skeins of the main colour. Alternatively, if you have any fingering weight mini skeins or scraps, this would also work with one main colour and a variety of different contrast colours for the lace stripes. The possibilities are endless!
Construction
The scarf is knitted in two halves; the main and contrast colours are simply swapped around when knitting the second half. The second half is grafted directly onto the stitches if the first half (which will be on hold) so the join is barely visible.
The scarf is knitted in two halves so that the scalloped pattern looks exactly the same for both sides of the scarf.
