Yarn Universal Yarn Deluxe Worsted (100% wool; 220 yd 201 m/3½ oz 100 g): #91467 tulipwood (MC) and #71006 white ash (CC), 1 skein each.

Needles Band—size 5 (3.75 mm): 16” circular (cir). Body—size 7 (4.5 mm): 16” cir and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.

Gauge 18 sts and 21 rnds = 4” in diagonal patt on larger needle.
