You can use this piece for summer or winter. This was made for the colder months as a vest that you can put over a long sleeved shirt. You can also wear this for a summer tank top using a cotton yarn.

I used a seed stitch to make it. The body measures 14 wide x 17 inches tall without the straps. i used an I hook (I accidently listed it as a G hook.)
