VesterbyCrea Boucle Slipover
VesterbyCrea.Boucle.Slipover is a slipover worked in garter stitch in boucle yarn. The model is worked top down. The back is worked in the beginning of the yoke in stockinette with increases to create the armhole. The front pieces are worked one at a time with increases for the neckline and are then joined using the loop cast on method. The front piece is worked in the same way as the back piece in garter stitch and with increases the armhole. The front and back pieces are joined to create the body ad worked in the round in garter stitch. The last part of the body is worked in the round in double ribbing alternating between boucle and merino. The body is finished with a double ribbing worked in the merino yarn and stretchy bind of. Stitches are picked up along the armhole using the merino yarn and then worked in the round in ribbing and finished with ‘Italian bind off’. In the same way stitches are picked up using the merino yarn along the neckline and then worked in the round in ribbing and binding off using italian bind off. The slipover is seamless.
