Vice versa beanie is knitted from bottom to top, it begins with a provisional cast on, the ribbing brim is knitted with twisted stitches.
The rest of the beanie is worked entirely in stockinette stitch until the crown shaping. To realize the second layer of the beanie, stitches are picked up from the provisional cast on and worked similarly to the other layer.
The two layers then fold into each other forming a warm and cozy beanie.

The pattern offers several ideas for variations as well as the way to knit them:
Two layers beanie with two colors, just one color visible once worn or both colors visible.
A simple one-layer beanie for the milder winter with a single or folded ribbing brim. One or two colors visible once worn.

If you prefer, you can knit it with only one strand of a DK weight yarn.

Vice versa est tricoté du bas vers le haut, il se commence par un montage provisoire et se poursuit par une large bande en côtes torses.
Le bonnet se tricote entièrement en jersey endroit jusqu’aux diminutions formant la couronne.
On réalise ensuite la seconde partie du bonnet.
Les deux parties se replient ensuite l’une dans l’autre formant ainsi un bonnet chaud et douillet.

Le patron vous propose plusieurs idées de variations.
• À deux épaisseurs et deux couleurs, une seule ou les deux couleurs visibles une fois portée.
• Un bonnet simple à une seule épaisseur pour les hiver plus doux, bord côtes simple ou replié, à une ou deux couleurs.
