I am retiring from knit design due to progressive arthritis. Although I will no longer provide pattern support to my patterns that are now free, my patterns are edited and most have been test knit.

My Victoria Station cowl is knit in the round with garter background cable and slip stitch sections. It is shaped with decreases and ribbing to fit closer at the top. After the Garter Stitch bottom, one can work from one chart OR the equivalent written instructions.

Use larger OR smaller needle for more drape versus a closer fit around the neck.
