El Suéter Victoria es un jersey con canesú redondo tejido de arriba abajo con agujas circulares con un dibujo de colourwork muy vistoso de estilo victoriano, de ahí su nombre. El dibujo completo es bastante largo, por lo que la sisa también lo es, de manera que es una especie de suéter boxy con la manga abullonada, como pienso que pide el patrón por el estilo que tiene.
Se empieza tejiendo el cuello en punto bobo, muy sencillo, después se teje el colorwork y se separan mangas y cuerpo. No he querido añadir más decoración porque el canesú ya es lo suficientemente llamativo.
Para tejer este suéter debes tener algo de experiencia tejiendo colorwork. También necesitarás saber unos puntos básicos, que son: Punto jersey derecho, punto jersey revés, aumentos y disminuciones. Todos son muy básicos, no tendrás ningún problema.
Una vez que acabas el canesú, el resto es súper fácil y se teje en un pispás.
Yo lo he tejido con Regia Premium Alpaca, que tiene un poco de pelito y va perfecta para este colorwork. La muestra es 22 puntos x 30 vueltas y, para la talla 3 (90-95 cm de contorno) gasté 900 m de color A y 200 m de color B.
Tiene 9 tallas donde escoger. Desde 75 cm a 150 cm de contorno de pecho.

Victoria is a sweater with a round yoke worked top-down with circular needles with an attractive colourwork pattern of Victorian style, hence its name. As the complete yoke is quite long, the armpit depth is too, so it is a kind of boxy sweater with the sleeve bulging, as I think the pattern asks for the style it has.

You start knitting the neck in garter stitch, very simple, you knit the colourwork yoke and then you separate body and sleeves. I didn’t want to add more decoration because the yoke is already striking enough.

To knit this sweater, you must have some experience knitting colourwork. You will also need to know some basic stitches, which are: knit, purl, knit increases and knit decreases. They are all very basic, so you will not have any problems.
