This is a pattern for a beautiful high neck Victorian style crochet choker or collar.

Included in the pattern are variations for several other styles, including a simple choker without the upper and lower lace edges.

You will need one skein of Knit Picks Curio #3 to make this choker, and both a D and E hook.
