A lovely pair of elegant mitts that can fit almost any occasion. Bridal white, rustic tweed, solid or variegated, they are a fast enough knit that you can have more than one pair. The simple lace patterns are easy to memorize and charts make it easier. The smaller size is made using fingering weight (#2) yarn and the larger M/L size uses sport or DK (#3) yarn. Gauge is not crucial, but changing yarn size will definitely change the finished mitt size. Hand spun yarn works well with this pattern, and the lace structure makes even alpaca keep its shape.
