Victorian Omega Shawl
This is a modern translation with a step by step guide with pictures for a Victorian Omega shawl. The original pattern is from Weldon’s Practical Crochet, Series Two (1895). As is typical for these patterns, there were some steps omitted. They have been filled in and explained.
I would like to note also that this pattern is perfectly adaptable to different sizes. If you start with a chain of 33, you can make a lovely little place mat. If you start with a much longer chain (363), you can make a beautiful throw.
