Victorian Shawl
The victorian shawl is an absolute eye-catcher because of its unique shape, combined with the alternating stitches.
This shawl is shaped in a shallow half-circle with beautiful lace stitches and a subtle ruffled edge.
Easy to wear around the neck but can also be draped around the shoulders as a wrap.
Pattern includes both written pattern and a symbol chart!
Level: intermediate.
It will work beautifully with all kinds of yarn(weights), but I used:
-(Cotton) DK weight yarn,
Example 1 (gradient salmon): Unikat 4-fädig, 900m/984yd (187m/50g), color: Parelmoer or Rozenkwarts
Example 2 (lilac grey): Scheepjes Organicon 170, 1020m1115yd (170m/50g), color: 201 Ashen Mink
-Crochet hook 4mm
-4 stitch markers (paperclips or safety pins work perfectly fine too)
All my patterns are available in Both English and Dutch. Both languages are included in this download.
