The Victorian Shell Stitch Shawl is very easy and beginner friendly, and features a very simple tos row pattern repeat, and long fringes (typical of the Victorian era).
This pattern is part of my Vintage Crochet Series. It is a very beautiful and feminine shawl, perfect if you are a beginner crocheter too.

For this project you will need:
1 skein of Rico Creative Wool Degrade in shade Powder
4 mm crochet hook
A pair of scissors
Tapestry needle
A book or piece of cardboard measuring about 9” across to create fringes
