Victorian Violets
A square dishcloth, knitted flat, from the bottom up. The piece
features a seed stitch border in one colour, and a body in a second
colour with a textured stitch pattern.
Put two of my dishcloths into your cart and pay for only one! No code needed.
The pattern comes with charts as well as row by row written instructions, and directions on how to resize it into a larger item, e.g. baby blanket.
An easy, knit and purl pattern, providing a quick and attractive dishcloth.
With its two colour construction it can be good for using up leftovers, and with the simple colour change at its borders it offers a nice introduction to more advanced techniques like intarsia.
The pattern can be resized as well, to make a larger item, e.g. a blanket, placemat etc.
