Viennoiserie
This brioche pattern makes a cool spiral. Plus its reversible and spirals in the opposite direction on the opposite side. 2-color brioche is so much fun to knit! But be warned, the gauge is super loose compared to regular knitting. Pick two contrasting colors to really make the stripes pop and you’ll have a beautiful, squishy, dreamy hat for all to envy. You can even use leftover scraps if you have roughly half a skein left. If you have a mail or food scale, weigh the skein to see if you have close to 50 grams, which would be half of a normal 100 gram skein. Happy knitting, y’all!
