Digital download of the knitting pattern for a crossbody bag with Viking / Celtic cable pattern.

I used 2 skeins of a locally sourced chunky weight wool but you can use whatever chunky or super chunky size you want - this is not a fixed or set size.

The pattern is both written and charted.

Size is approximately 40 cm tall / 30 cm wide.
Perfect as a gift or for yourself, if you’re into Viking and Norse mythology, if you’re attending a medieval fair or if you just want to impress with your authentic, boho-chic style.

This is an intermediate / advanced level pattern, and it can be adapted to any yarn of your choice, or even made into a decorative pillow instead!

Warning: washing should be done manually only, with mild water and natural soap or wool-friendly products. Machine washing it will cause it to felt and reduce size, if you use 100% wool.
