The church is characterized by a roof with multiple tiers of triangular frames that gradually diminish in size. The Nordic dragon heads attached to the upper gables…

The design was inspired by Stave Churches in Norway— it was added to the World Heritage list 1979. It’s a challenging design, especially to create texture sts for the wood surfaces. It took more than 100 times/ copies and tried and errors to integrate this design…I had visited one of wood workshop in Norway 17 years ago—an unforgettable experience.
