The Viking Gnome Towel Topper is a free crochet pattern on my blog.

This adorable yet fierce nordic gnome is the perfect kitchen / bbq / man cave accessory! Perfect for the gnome lover!

A hidden 3” ring is crocheted to the hanging tab and then sewn inside the helmet so that the towel is removable for easy washing.

Works up quickly in scrap amounts of yarn - either acrylic or cotton medium 4 weight yarn.

Nose, horns, helmet, helmet band and hanging tab are crocheted separately and then assembled and sewn together at the end.

A quick little project that would be a great addition to a craft fair as he is sure to get a lot of attention!
