Level: BEGINNER- INTERMEDIATE I only say this because of a couple of techniques used. Front post double crochet and a bobble stitch. I give step by step instructions for the bobble stitch in the pattern. If you have never done a fpdc, they are really easy, you might try looking it up online. It is a good one to add to your list of stitches, you can do so many fun things with it. I believe a dedicated beginner can easily do this pattern. If you need any help, just ask.
