Viktor the vest is a knitting pattern for creating a chunky vest. The vest is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch. First, the neck ribbing is worked, then the shoulders, then the back and front part, and finally the body. Rib edges are worked at the bottom edge and along the armholes at the end and finished with an Italian cast-off for a neat and lovely finish.
The pattern calls for chunky weight yarn, resulting in a quick and satisfying knit. Enjoy the warmth and texture of a chunky vest that’s perfect for chilly days and cozy evenings.

Even though Viktor’s chart is attached you can easily elevate your vest to a personalized work of art with the inclusion of embroidery. The pattern includes instructions on how to add your favorite designs, motifs, or images to make your chunky vest uniquely yours.
