This cardigan was created after Vilde had her advent calendar with her handdyed yarn, in 2020. She dyed the finest colours and I wanted to turn them into a cardigan. Couldn’t find a pattern I was happy with and therefore invented my own. Wasn’t initially meant to end up as a new pattern, but there was a wish for it and thus it is here.

This cardigan is knitted from top to bottom, seamless, with raglan increases.
The buttonband is knitted at the same time as the cardigan itself, this way you do not have to pick up at the end and you make buttonholes along the way.
You start casting on the band, knitting the right side, then left, and finally pick up sts along the band.
And the rest of the cardigan will be shaped from here, along with raglan increases.
