Villa Marie
All 8 colours of the Jamieson & Smith 2024 Colourbox inspired this sweater. The colour combination was immediate love at first sight, producing an equally love-at-first-sight sweater. I hope it brings you fun and just as much love.
Villa Marie is knit sideways with a steek at the hem and neck, and decreases and increases shape the neck and shoulders. The sleeves are worked down to the cuffs. The cuffs and hem are finished with an interesting corrugated ribbing and garter combination, and rimmed with an applied I-cord BO. The neckline is a folded picot band with a Fair Isle facing.

Lace: 23 sts / 39 rows to 10cm / 4” using size B needles.
Needles & Notions
The gauges were achieved with the following needles. To work the pattern as written, you must swatch and use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
Size A: 2.25mm (US 1) needles of varying lengths (used for several single‐colour rounds)
Size B: 2.75mm (US 2) needles of varying lengths
You will also need: spare needles or interchangeable cables for holding sts; stitch markers.
