Pattern „Villarrica Squares” has been designed by Jacek Mrożewicz who creates under the name „Tresowane Szydelko Jacka”.

The file contains graphic diagrams for making three different squares inspired by motifs from the Villarrica Shawl pattern and a proposal of making a blanket using them.

The pattern has been written in US terminology and contains chart, description of used stitches, and some additional information that might be useful while crocheting.

Pattern consists of 3 different charts. Each square is completed. There is no option to enlarge the single square. Each square has the same number of rows. Therefore, they can be freely combined with each other to create larger forms, e.g. a blanket, bedspread.

This is not a written instruction. Only chart !!!

File is in Polish and English language. One file – two languages.

The pattern is suitable for intermediate crocheters. It is not difficult, but it can cause confusion for beginners.

Single square has been made of 350 m of ombre effect yarn, 4 ply, crochet hook – 3.75 mm. The size of finished square is ca.43 cm

The blanket has been made of 9 squares.
To make it i used: Ombre cotton / acrylic yarn - 9 skeins of 350 meters each. 1 skein of 500 m yarn to join the squares and finish the whole piece. Crochet hook: 3.75 mm. The size of the finished blanket after blocking is ca. 140x140 cm.

Remember that size of your work will depend on the type and amount of yarn, crochet hook size and the way you crochet the stitches.

Wzór „Villarrica Kwadraty” został zaprojektowany przez Jacka Mrożewicza, który tworzy jako Tresowane Szydełko Jacka.
Plik zawiera schematy grafczne do wykonania trzech kwadratów inspirowanych motywami ze wzoru Villarrica oraz propozycję wykonania z nich koca.

Wzór został narysowany przy wykorzystaniu symboli wg terminologii amerykańskiej. Plik zawiera schematy, legendę, oraz kilka dodatkowych informacji, które mogą być przydatne podczas szydełkowania.

Wzór zawiera try różne schematy. Każdy kwadrat to skończona całość. Nie ma opcji powiększania kwadratu.
Każdy kwadrat ma tę samą ilość rzędów.. Można je zatem dowolnie łączyć ze sobą, tworząc większe formy np. kocyk, narzuta.

Pojedynczy kwadrat został wykonany z 350m włóczki, 4 nitki, szydełko 3.75 mm i ma rozmiar ok. 43 x 43 cm.

Koc został wykonany z 9 kwadratów.

Do jego wykonania potrzebne było:
Włóczka ombre, bawełna/akryl 9 motków włóczki po 350 m każdy. 1 motek włóczki 500 m do połączenia kwadratów i wykończenia całości. Szydełko: 3.75 mm. Rozmiar gotowego koca po blokowaniu to 140x140 cm.

Wzór to schematy graficzne. Nie jest to instrukcja opisowa!!!

Wzór jest odpowiedni dla osób średnio zaawansowanych. Nie jest trudny, ale może powodować pomyłki u początkujących osób.
