“Vimini” is the Italian for “wicker”.

The Vimini Shawl is an asymmetric triangle worked sideways. It features slipped stitches, an easy checkerboard pattern and short rows for its slightly rounded top shape.

The sample in the first picture has been knit with 724 yd – 662 m of 100% Merino Wool (415,57 yd – 380 m on 3.53 oz – 100 g) and needles size 3.75 mm - US size 5.
