Vincent's Star

This star is in remembrance of the impressionist artist Vincent Van Gogh. The pattern is fairly simple using chain, slip stitch, double and treble (triple) crochet stitiches. Color changes are left entirely up to you, the artist! This is a great way to use up scrap yarn. You could also use this pattern for yard art, but the smaller stars might get tangled on a windy day. In that case, I would hang one star on the left and one on the right so that they could still sway in the breeze. For you garden enthusiasts, this would be so pretty in your garden! Use a weather proof glue for starching the star.
