This pattern creates a beautiful headband using color changing yarn. It is perfect to give as a gift or to wear yourself. An Entrelac stitch pattern is used as the main stitch pattern; it is easily sized for a variety of options. An optional edging along the top and bottom is created using a beginner crochet skill – the single crochet.

I have photos inserted into the pattern for various steps. I highly recommend backward knitting for entrelac, but this pattern is written for purling. Photos are there for both styles.
