Vines Mittens
The Vines mittens are knitted in rounds, in mosaic knitting. The vine pattern wraps around the hand from the palm, over the top of the hand to the thumb. A diagonally patterned wedge on the palm makes the pattern easily adjustable in width. The rounds begin at the palm, between the vine pattern and the wedge. The top of the mittens is rounded.
The width can be easily adjusted, working more or fewer repeats.
Two length options are given.
The pattern uses metric and imperial systems. The mosaic pattern is fully charted, including the gusset.
The yarns used for the sample:
• MC Drops Lima, #9023 Maroon
• CC Drops Lima, #3145 Powder Pink
