The pattern incorporates techniques of filet crochet (the style in which a design is created in deliberate spaces) and bobble stitch to keep you engaged while you work.

Included in the download is four pages with several photos, traditional crochet instructions, as well as a link to my own amped up grid pattern which simplifies the pattern into an easy-to-follow visual. This pattern is suitable for crocheters of all experience levels and is written in U.S. crochet terms.

Size 4 medium weight yarn is recommended (I used a cotton blend for more of an all-season blanket).
