This unisex jumper has a vintage fit and design. When I was growing up my two sisters and I would have a couple of these jumpers each year to wear over floral skirts or dresses and my two brothers would have similar ones to wear with knee length shorts. Instructions are from 6 months to 8 years. The intervals between the contrasting stitches are so small that you will not have to weave the stitches on the back of your work making this a much easier knit than it looks. The yarn I chose comes in a lovely range of muted colours typical of the fifties.
*** There is slight error on the final sleeve shaping. The final shaping instruction should read , decrease until 17, (17) (13) (9) (9) stitches remain. My apologies, Jane
