Lately I have found myself inspired by the different colorways I have been working with. This KnitPicks Tonal Sock yarn in the colorway “Wine Tasting” is no exception! The colors in this yarn sing, much the way a good classic red wine does with the many different notes, levels, and flavors. To match this classic colorway, I added a vintage double scalloped lace edging to the shawl. Like pouring another glass of wine, it just seemed right!

Finished Dimensions are 17 inches down the center back and 37 inches from the bottom of the center back to the tips.

This is for my Aunt Betty who loves wine possibly more than anyone I know and whose glass is often next to her needles.
