Vintage Collar Dress for Blythe
Vintage Collar Dress for Blythe doll KNITTING PATTERN can fit not only for Blythe or Icy doll but for other doll and toy too: Azone, Pullip, Holala, Pipita, Barbie, Monster High, Waldorf, Tilda and textile dolls, teddies, amigurumi, stuffed toys etc. Just use apropriate needle size and yarn.
Mini doll dress pattern includes 10 pages and 40 photoes + 3 video supports. Using my detailed tutorial you can knit the outfits without any seams for your pretty doll or toy.
The pattern is written in detail but you must be familiar with basic knit stitches and techniques such as:
- cast on/cast off;
- how to make knit and purl stitches;
- worked ‘back and forth’ on 2 knitting needles;
- worked in the round;
Video support has:
- how to avoid the hole between the first and the last sts while casting off a round;
- how to make a Frill Collar;
- how to make loops for the buttons.
Materials and Tools:
- Fingering yarn (250 m / 50 g)
- circular knitting needles 2 mm with 60 cm (or longer) flexible cable length
- crochet hook 2 mm (for auxiliary function)
- 2 tiny buttons for fastener
- 2-3 beads for decoration
- open-mesh soft fabric or lace for frill collar
Suits for doll and toy with following parameters: waist – approx. 14 cm (5.5 in), neck - approx.8 cm (3.14 in), chest (armpit) – approx. 14 cm (5.5 in), arm – approx. 3 cm (1.18 in). Using a different yarn and larger/smaller needles, you can make this model fits the toy with different parameters
The pattern is supplied as an instantly downloadable digital PDF file, so you will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader to open, print and save the file.
