THE STORY
My favorite time of year is the transition between winter and spring - the blooms are on the trees and the world smells fresh! The days in the sun are warm but the breeze is still cool and calls for a cute layer to stay cozy until summer arrives!

NOTES
-
This shrug is worked flat from the top down with raglan shaping to avoid seaming. The ultra cropped style makes it perfect to throw over a dress on cool nights or over a t-shirt for days out!
-
The sweater is worked using two skeins of yarn held double throughout. For the Body and Sleeves, 1 strand each of Colors A and B are held together. The Collar is worked using 2 strands of Color B held together.
-
When working the slipped sts, carry yarn loosely to avoid puckering.
-
In cases where a single skein needs to be split to hold the yarn double, it is recommended to wind the skein into a cake and work from the inside and the outside of the same skein to avoid cutting a skein unnecessarily.
-
Adjust needle size as necessary to match gauge. The Small needle should be 2 US needle sizes / 1 mm smaller than the Large needle when gauge is met.
-
Written instructions are provided for the entirety of the Shrug; there are no charts.
