I love to present you another three pair of socks. Inspired by retro style and stitches, in emulation of my grandmother, who used to knit us awesome similar ones when we were kid’s in the 60s!

In this pattern you’ll find the knitting description for a pair of socks with a Bubblestitch pattern

Any sockyarn with the same gauge of 28 stitches and 34 rows and 400m on 100 gram is convenient for this pattern. Even lace yarn ( 800 m on 50 g ), held double could be used.

To get a similar look as my socks have, I advise you to use handdyed yarn, for example Hedgehog Sock, Twist Sock or la Bien Aimee MCN light or Malabrigo Sock. I used appproximately 70 gram for one pair of socks.

the pattern is written for three shoesizes: 36/37 - 38/39 and 40/41

The socks are knitted in the round on doublepointed sockneedles , no.3. the heels are knitted with a short row technique.
