This is a beautiful crochet lace circular shawl which increases substantially in width as it grows bigger. It is based on a design for a lovely 1910 vintage shawl, so is very elegant. The stitches are very simple- just sc and dcs and trebles (or for UK users dcs, trebles and long trebles) The pattern is written in UK crochet terms but includes a stitch translation chart for USA users.
Its very pretty, and cosy and warm- this original is made in our cashmere and silk yarn which has a soft fluffiness to it but you can use most 3 or 2 ply yarns. We have other vintage shawls and capes on our website so please have a look there too for other downloadable patterns
