This Pattern is worked flat from the bottom up and in 4 pieces; front, back and arms. All pieces have a ribbing, stockinette and lace section. After blocking all Pieces are sown together and a neckline of choice is added.

This design came about during my time with Shirley Paden and her DAL6 event. She provided the stitch to inspire my imagination and the Vintage Wisteria was born! With its delicate, flowery, lace motif and the silhouette reminiscent of the Victorian corseted silhouette.

For the moment this design is only available in my size (32”) with a 4” positive easement. With a little math it can be knit larger or slightly smaller without alternating the design much and if you wish to take it on I will be happy to assist as best as I can.

I designed this sweater with salvaged yarn from a second hand sweater but you should be able to use any similar, fingering weight yarn. The Maurice yarn has a slight halo of golden brown on a core of white, which I felt added to the overall design.
