When I designed the Vinter socks, I had in mind a quiet winter’s day, with snow falling slowly, gradually covering the world. I thought of cozy days at home with candle light, warm blankets and the smell of cinnamon in the air.

The VINTER socks are worked cuff down and have a well-fitting heel flap and gusset construction. They feature two sections of beginner friendly colorwork. The short and easy-to-remember repeat is a lot of fun to work and creates a beautiful stitch pattern that reminds me of falling snow.

The pattern includes 6 sizes, so that you can make the VINTER socks for all your loved ones. I hope you will love them just as much as I do! Happy knitting!

This pattern was professionally tech edited and test knit before the release.

SIZES
1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) with a finished foot circumference of
15 (17, 19, 20.5, 22.5, 24.5) cm
6 (6.75, 7.5, 8, 8.75, 9.5) “

CHOOSING A SIZE
The VINTER socks are intended to be worn with 1 cm / 0.5 “ of negative to neutral ease around the largest part of your foot. The colorwork pattern looks prettiest if you wear them with neutral ease. If you prefer your socks to sit nice and snug, wear them with a little negative ease.

On page 8 you will find a list of possible adjustments which might be helpful if you are in between sizes. The finished measurements can be found on page 9.
