Vintertröja is worked top down. First you work the back piece. The shoulder stitches are picked up at the back piece and the neckline is shaped with short rows and increases. Once the sweater has been closed to the round, you continue working the body in the round. The sleeve stitches are picked up around the armhole openings and worked on dpns or with the Magic Loop method. Short rows are worked here, too. The suggested method for the short rows is the German short row or wrap and turn technique. If you are not familiar with these methods, search online for tutorials.
