This design was inspired by the clematis ‘Mr President’ and the finished shape is 5/8 of a circle. The shawl is knitted from the edge inwards, so the number of stitches decreases as the work progresses. You will need 2x100gr balls of 4ply yarn for this design. It can also be knitted in laceweight yarn on 4mm needles for a finer, more cobwebby effect.
