This hat was inspired by the V-shaped dips of Virga clouds…those clouds with trails of rain falling from their bottoms but the precipitation never quite hits the ground.

So, too, do the slipped stitches of this soft and scrumptious hat. The color dips from one stripe to another, creating beautiful movement and texture throughout the piece.

Pattern includes both written and charted instructions.

Size: 19-21” head

If using this delicious yarn, there is a lot of room for play. So if you’d like a slightly smaller hat, use a size 8 and 9. If you want something just a little bigger, a 10 and 10.5 would be a good option.
