A close fitting cloche with a retro leaf and vine applique, Vita is knit in the round from the base to the crown, then felted in a washing machine. The vine is a felted I-cord, and the leaves are cut from a felted fabric. Comprehensive instructions are provided for knitting and felting the hat and laying out the applique. Basic hand sewing skills are required to attach the leaf and vine applique post-felting.
