Vitamin Snug-E
This is a quick and fun pattern celebrating the therapeutic power of a good snuggle! Need a little snuggle? Whip up one of these little snuggle buddies and let the cuddles commence! Have a friend who needs a good cuddle? Prescribe a snuggle supplement and hand out the Vitamin Snug-E’s. This pattern provides the directions for the basic cat, bear, and dog Snug-E’s.
Supplies needed:
-
Two 6mm safety eyes
-
Black embroidery thread
-
Yarn needle
-
Toy stuffing
-
Sport weight yarn: body color, head color
and light pink for inner ear, less than 25 grams of each. -
1.75mm or 2mm crochet hook
For my Vitamin Snug-E’s, I used a sport weight mercerized cotton like Scheepjes Catona or Schachenmayr Catania. You can use a heavier weight yarn for a larger Snug-E.
