Viva Coat
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner / Intermediate
Uses simple stitches to create main sections, but has some degree of difficulty in final construction.
This is a loose fitting, poncho type jacket with bat-wing sleeves. You can add pockets, or leave slits for your hands.
One size only - can accommodate up to 1X, possibly 2X as written.
Back length (neck to bottom): 35”
Front Length (shoulder to bottom): 31”
Width: Vest - approx. 40”. Each sleeve opening is 14” and bat-wing style. This allows for up to 28 extra inches in the chest area.
For larger: leave the sleeve open a bit more toward the vest.
For Smaller: Use a lighter yarn and smaller hook.
