6 month: 12 ¾ inches; 12 month: 13 ¼ inches; 18 month: 14 inches
Width:
Newborn: 6 ¾ inches
6 month: 8 inches; 12 month 8 ½ inches; 18 month: 9 inches

k- knit
p- purl
p2tog- purl two stitches together
k2tog- knit two stitches together
