Vivid

I’m moved, excited, and lightened up by many forms: solid ones like stones and fine vibrations, like a felt sense. This creation was inspired by crystals.
The colors and vibration in the crystals touched my state of being, and I intended to translate that into the design. Nutidenyarn felt like a perfect choice, knowing the shared creative process by Caroline and being inspired by the colors and profoundness in making the Nutidenyarn.
I added a strand of mohair. It makes the knitting process easy if you are not used to unspun yarn and intensifies the beautiful fluff of the garment. Durability is endless.
With all the depth and beauty of Nutiden Yarn, adding my intention and vibration, I’m bringing a new form for all of you to enjoy and enrich by your own making.

With Love,
Dalia

Construction
The pullover is knit from the top down with two strands of yarn: unspun wool and mohair.
The garment is a raglan construction with an extended raglan line.
Back neck shaping and back lift are made to ensure a better fit.
The yoke is worked back and forth while shaping the back and front neck. The rest of the garment is knit in the round.

Substitute:
If you can’t get Nutiden yarn, an alternative could be Plötulopi unspun wool - Icelandic wool by Ístex. Icelandic Plötulopi plate is approx. 100 g (3.5 oz) approx. 300 m (328 yds).
